Aloha,
Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
Pursuant to the Hawaiʻi Uniform Information Practices Act (Modified), HRS Chapter 92F, I respectfully request a true and certified digital copy, or, if a certified digital copy is unavailable, a true and certified physical copy, of the constitutionally required, executed, subscribed, and officially filed Oath or Affirmation of Office of the Honorable Kauanoe A.D. Jackson. If the requested record is maintained by another office or custodian, please forward this request or advise me of the appropriate custodian. If no responsive record exists, please provide a written certification that, after a diligent search, no such record is maintained by your office.
IF SEEKING PUBLIC INTEREST WAIVER, PROVIDE PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT BELOW THIS LINE
I respectfully request a waiver of fees pursuant to HAR § 2-71-32. The requested records pertain directly to the operations and activities of the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary and concern the official qualification of a public judicial officer to exercise the powers of public office. The requested records are not readily available in the public domain through publicly accessible government resources. I have the primary intention and actual ability to disseminate information obtained from these government records to the public through available methods of public dissemination for the purposes of promoting transparency, accountability, and public understanding of government operations. Accordingly, waiver of the applicable search, review, and segregation fees would serve the public interest.
Mahalo,
Adrien Evans
