Dear Mr. Lee, SHPD consult record is neirther a complicated nor complex request. Nor can the requested records be legally withheld under 92f. However, you may have trouble locating it because the FEIS that is apparently being utilized to cover HEPA duties is the Ocean View Recycling Point and Convenience Center published in TEN on April 23, 2008. Without reference to "Transfer Station," and because it is so out-of-date, I had trouble ginding it. I have and will sue for access to records as soon as your added time expires or if denied acces to the SHPD public records. Sincerely yours Sandra Demoruelle

The State Historic Preservation Division (SHPD) has instituted "I Mua Monday" to enable staff to focus their effort one day a week on getting caught up with critical tasks that become sidelined during the course of a work week. As a result, email and phone calls received on Monday will be responded to as soon as possible later in the work week. In the event of an emergency, please contact the Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement (DOCARE) at (808) 587-0066 for assistance. Mahalo.
