There was no 2020-18 notation made on 1/30/20. The list went to 2020-16 and is only for FY from July 2019 to December 2019.
2020-13 - 10/29/19 Civil Beat Yoohyun Jung request for Disciplinary Information
2020-2 - 7/17/19 Star Advertiser Sophie Cocke request for Offender information
Both given estimates and were abandoned.

Thank you for that information. The log that PSD submitted to OIP for January 1 to June 30, 2020, identifies a request notated as 2020-18 on January 30, 2020, the responding employee's initials were TS if that helps.

Can you send me the notice to requester for that one? The log indicates that the request involved 700 hours of work (200 hours of search and 500 hours of review and segregation), but was resolved in 2 days. I am trying to understand the log entry. If those numbers were just an estimate and no work was actually performed, then confirmation of that fact would work as well.

Hi Brian,
That was a mistake. We think when it got transposed to the new sheet to turn in to OIP, the person submitting forgot to clear that line of a past entry. No estimate was sent to the requestor.
