- Dear DOH Clean Water Branch: In July I asked for all documents pertaining to Puna Geothermal Venture's renewal application for UH-1529. I was provided one incomplete application dated 3/2020 and no further documents besides twitter and facebook and other logos for the DOH. I am of the informed belief that the DOH CWB is not providing all the documents relating to that renewal, including letters informing PGV they have a permit shield on the UH-1529 permit sent to PGV in 2021 and 2022. THEREFORE: 1. I am asking for copies of all correspondences between the State of Hawaii Department of Health and Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) and/or the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) relating to PGV's UIC renewal application and/ any other new applications to increase the number of injection wells relating to Puna Geothermal Venture, including but not limited to: emails, telephone calls, online applications and attached exhibits and letters sent to PGV requesting information to complete the renewal or new application(s). 2. Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.

In July I asked for all documents pertaining to Puna Geothermal Venture's renewal application for UH-1529. I was provided one incomplete application dated 3/2020 and no further documents besides twitter and facebook and other logos for the DOH.
I am of the informed belief that the DOH CWB is not providing all the documents relating to that renewal, including letters informing PGV they have a permit shield on the UH-1529 permit sent to PGV in 2021 and 2022.
THEREFORE:
1. I am asking for copies of all correspondences between the State of Hawaii Department of Health and Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) and/or the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) relating to PGV's UIC renewal application and/ any other new applications to increase the number of injection wells relating to Puna Geothermal Venture, including but not limited to: emails, telephone calls, online applications and attached exhibits and letters sent to PGV requesting information to complete the renewal or new application(s).

I see a huge mess of messages in this UIPA thread trying to reach me but nothing comes through on email.
Can you just upload the information into a google drive or something and send me the link please. I don't understand the miles of Microsoft Corporation codes and figures on this UIPA site that I am supposed to be signing into.
