As for filling the agency's notice instructions... none of these were disclosed to me. My employment was not disclosed, the so called contract i was forced in as a employee as define in 3121(b). Being on payroll & deprived of disclosure gives reason for reasonable accommodations in regards for my request. My knowledge comes from studying law to get my property back and my credit report. I am researching & retrieving as much evidence as possible. I am a victim of wage theft, human trafficking, Tort theft of my property, real estate fraud and 88 more acts against me and my family. So with all do respect man or sir.... please do not demand a payment from me. Thank you...
