Background The County of Hawaii has detailed records collecting 27,912 mail ballots in drop boxes across Hawaii County during the 2024 Election. The County of Hawaii claims that the remaining 48,683 were delivered through the mail vis the USPS. Note. The county of Hawaii could be defrauding the Federal Government if the postage was not paid. Possible HAVA violations."
