Hello! National Property Consulting is performing a capital needs assessment of the property at 555 Kapuna Place, Hilo, HI 96720. With reference to the Freedom of Information Act (UIPA in HI), we are requesting the following: 1) Current certificate of occupancy, 2) Records of outstanding building code violations, 3) Records of any open building permits. 4) Records of the zoning classification and whether it's of conforming use, 5) Records of any outstanding zoning violations. Please let us know if we have the correct department, or if we should contact someone else. Thank you very much.
