The Ocean View Transfer and Recycling Center Notice to Proceed was issued for February 19 and project construction began in March 2019. I request records of the standard ornithological survey for the listed endangered Hawaiian hawk for a distance of 1600' from the project construction site, conducted no more than two weeks before the start of grading and grubbing. I request records of the contract to do the survey, invoices for the survey work, and the Hawaiian hawk survey reports in their entirety, including supporting field notes.
