Aloha Bin, The 20 aquarium collectors waived their rights to confidentiality per pg. 67 of the Oahu DEIS, "the 20 fishers included in the Proposed Action waived their right to confidentiality, so all data from 2000 through 2017, as well as from 2018, for these 20 fishers were released for analysis in this EIS." Accordingly, all the info I've requested pertaining to them should be released since this is for our comments on the DEIS. ... Sincerely yours Rene Umberger

Hi Bin, I just compared the 2019 AQ catch data you just sent to the prior 2019 data you sent that was just through Oct. 21, 2019 and they are exactly the same. Is it possible the recent spreadsheet you sent was labeled incorrectly? ... Sincerely yours Rene Umberger

Aloha Rene, The waiver explains how some confidential data might be included in the DEIS. It doesn’t authorize us to disclose their confidential info to other parties. This is our understanding. Hi Rene, You're correct in that the recent one we sent you is the same as the one containing record through October 21, 2019. Your request is #337 (5/28/20) - The DEIS for the Oahu aquarium trade refers to a document obtained by DAR. We don’t have the “document” you ask for. To the extent you want the source of the info referenced in the DEIS, we are giving you what we have on file. We don’t have the full year record on file.
