What time does enforcement start. According to Police Officer Pua Carruthers, who responded to the noise complaint last night ( July 10,2025) the enforcement time is 10 pm but prior to her response the dispatcher said that the enforcement starts at 9pm. According to Ofc Pua the police department is NOT Equipped with DECIBEL METER that’s why she couldn’t tell if his noise is that loud. And I would also like to request a copy of Oceanview FiRE Ordinance.
