Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
*The university's application to join the Mountain West Conference as a full-time member.

This request includes, but is not limited to, an offer to join the league, an acceptance offer/letter, MOUs/letters of agreement, offers sheets and/or terms sheets. It also includes supplemental materials (such as addenda, exhibits and amendments). In layman's terms: the formal documents that allowed the university to join the Mountain West as a full-time member, from an offer being sent out to execution.
