Is HART relying on the COVID-19 Emergency Proclamations to waive the normal UIPA deadlines for my request?
If so, pursuant to the current COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation, please provide the following:
(1) the status of my request;
(2) a non-binding inclination whether HART plans to grant the request;
