Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
Pursuant to the Uniform Information Practices Act (Chapter 92F, HRS) and the Hawaiʻi Lobbyist Law
(Chapter 97, HRS), I am requesting the following records:
1. Any and all lobbyist registration statements on file with the Commission that list any of the following
entities as the client, organization, or employer:
- EagleView Technologies, Inc. - Pictometry International Corp. - EagleView Technology Corporation
- Vista Equity Partners - Clearlake Capital Group - JAV Imagery LLC - JAV Air Services LLC
This includes any subsidiary, affiliate, DBA, or successor entity of the above.
2. Any lobbyist expenditure reports or organization expenditure reports associated with the entities listed
above.
If no lobbyist registrations exist for any of these entities, I request written confirmation of that fact.
