Pursuant to the Uniform Information Practices Act (Chapter 92F, HRS) and the Hawaiʻi County Code Chapter 2, Article 15 (Lobbyist Registration), I am requesting the following records: 1. Any and all lobbyist registration statements on file with the Office of the County Clerk that list any of the following entities as the client, organization, or employer: ∙ EagleView Technologies, Inc. ∙ Pictometry International Corp. ∙ EagleView Technology Corporation ∙ Vista Equity Partners ∙ Clearlake Capital Group ∙ JAV Imagery LLC ∙ JAV Air Services LLC This includes any subsidiary, affiliate, DBA, or successor entity of the above. 2. Any lobbyist expenditure reports or organization expenditure reports associated with the entities listed above. If no lobbyist registrations exist for any of these entities, I request written confirmation of that fact. Please provide records in electronic format (PDF preferred). I do not anticipate significant fees for this request, but if fees will exceed $25, please notify me before processing. Note: This request was originally submitted to the Hawaiʻi County Board of Ethics on March 23, 2026. On April 7, 2026, the Board responded that it does not maintain lobbyist records and referred me to the Office of the County Clerk.
