Your request has been denied pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS") 92F-13(3) which states that the following records are not required to be disclosed, "Government records that, by their nature, must be confidential in order for the government to avoid the frustration of a legitimate government function". As detailed in the attached “Notice to Requester” (NTR) form, providing IP addresses could pose a security risk to our network and system, which would seriously frustrate our ability to legitimately function.
