Aloha << Name removed >> , The Department of Parks and Recreation is not the custodian of the records requested in the Request to Access a Government Record dated September 1, 2021 and is unable to grant your request. You may request information from the Department of Design and Construction (DDC) and the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services (BFS). We believe the DDC may have a list of all playgrounds built on City and County of Honolulu land in the last 10 years. We believe BFS may have records pertaining to the contractors awarded the build/installation, budgeted amounts, and expenditures. Thank you. Wendy Tanaka…
