Summary of Request
The operator of any well which is producing geothermal resources or by-products or is being used for injection purposes shall file with the chairperson on or before the thirtieth day after the end of each month a report on the amount of geothermal resources produced, sold, and used, and the amount of fluid injected for that month as the case may be. Pursuant to HAR § 13-183-86 I want a copy of Puna Geothermal Venture Monthly Geothermal Resource Produced, Sold, Used and Injection Report filed with the DLNR for the time period of Jan - Dec 2018, Jan-Dec 2021, and Jan-June 2022.

Aloha, Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.

Aloha Mr. Powell, Thank you for the 2018 and 2021 records from the UIPA request "Haw. Admin. Rules (HAR) § 13-183-86 Monthly Production and Injection Reports to be filed" filed (08/18/2022) Unfortunately, the request was not answered fully. I see details on how much fluid is injected into each well. Why can't we see how much fluid is produced by each well? Why just a total amount produced, yet we see the totals broken down into separate wells for injection? It seems like KS-6 has a higher temperature and pressure, yet we are told KS-14 is the major producer. How does the DLNR know how much fluid comes up each production well? I also asked for the January to June, 2022 Production/Injection records as well. They were not provided on 9/16/2022. I await your reply.
