Aloha, On April 25, 2023, the Office of the County Clerk, County of Hawaiʻi, received your record request for “a copy of the policies and/or procedures concerning the manner that HAVV requests are handled, including the guidelines for its use." We are asking if you could please clarify what you mean by "HAVV"? Please note that pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules ("HAR") 2-71-14(b), you have 20 business days from the date of this email to respond with clarification on what you mean by "HAVV". The deadline of the 20 days is June 2, 2023. After the deadline, our office will consider this request abandoned.
