Ms. Demourelle, My sincerest apologies, I had drafted a response for you over two weeks ago, and neglected to send it to you. Attached are all of the invoices received to date, as well as the documentation provided to the EPA on July 23, 2021. At this time, DEM has not initiated work on the preparation of the Design/ Build Request for Proposal package, and therefore no information is available. Again, my apologies for the oversight.
