Thank you for the update. If I may suggest providing me an estimate of charges, if there will be any, before commencing the work. That way we can limit potentially unnecessary effort. Thanks again.

Aloha Ben Creps: Please see below response to your request for records received on May 7, 2025.
For # 1, 2 and 4: Your request cannot be granted as DLE does not have any records responsive to your request.
For #3: Your request is granted in part and denied in part. Although the agency maintains the requested records, it is not disclosing all or part of them based on the exemption provided in HRS Section 92F-13(3) - the frustration of a government function exception:
-- Emails and phone numbers are redacted
-- Meeting locations and virtual meeting links are redacted
-- Redactions made on pages 33, 47, 70, 71, 72, 73, 84, 86, 88, 92, 95, 101, 103, 110, and 122-155 are made because [1] disclosure of specific operational or intelligence information compromises the efforts of the agency and its shared network to protect their respective communities or [2] disclosure of the identity of an individual/other entity providing information would negatively impact the agency's ability to receive tips and information from the public.
-- Redaction made on page 162 is made for the privacy interest of the individual under HRS Section 92F-14.
-- An attachment to an email on page 83 is withheld in its entirety. Disclosure of any data on this attachment would compromise the fusion center's ability to protect/monitor our state's critical infrastructure.
1. Any policies, procedures, and guidance related to federal detainer requests (typically made through a DHS Form I-247 "Notice of Action”) and “immigration holds.”
