Aloha Ms. << Name removed >> ,
The attached Bill for Collection form provides a breakdown of the work the Hawaii State Judiciary did in response to your request, the total cost, and the amount remaining that needs to be paid.
For fastest processing, you can mail a cashiers check or money order (rather than a personal check, which has to clear before we can send the records you requested) payable to "State Director of Finance" in the amount of $12.50 to:
Communications & Community Relations Office
Hawai`i State Judiciary
417 South King Street, #212
Honolulu, HI 96813
Attn: Andrew Laurence
Public Information Program Specialist
The information you requested is ready and I will e-mail it to you just as soon as we receive the final payment if it is in the form of a cashiers check or money order. Otherwise we will send the information to you after the check clears, which may take as much as three weeks after we receive it in the mail.
Thank you,
Andrew Laurence
