Please provide any documents pertaining to the Honuakaha Limited Partnership's dissolution. The previous request, #1232, did not include the terms of HLP's dissolution. Per the 12/3 agenda for HCDA's Kaka'ako Board Meeting, HCDA as the general partner shall liquidate and distribute the assets between the partners (1% to HCDA and 99% to FHB). I would like to know if there is a timeline, limitations, and other relevant information pertaining to the dissolution of the HLP.
