Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
I request any electronically organized data (e.g., spreadsheets, tables, or other databases) used to track affordable housing requirements at developments monitored by the Department, including any dataset that records two or more of the following fields: name of development, affordable housing requirement for a development, or status of the development’s compliance with the affordable housing requirement.
I also request documents submitted by developers since 2007 that document a development’s final compliance with affordable housing requirements; for this request, I am not interested in the all the documents that discuss affordable housing compliance for every development, only the documents that the department accepted as proof that a development had satisfied the applicable affordable housing requirements.
