1. Use of force data with detailed summaries for all use of force incidents from 2016 to 2021, inclusive. Please provide the following details for each incident in an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format: Date (year, month, day) and time of the incident, location, subject race, officer race, type of force used, whether there was subject injury, whether there was subject death, whether there was officer injury, and whether there was officer death. 2. Data of civilian complaints alleging law enforcement misconduct from 2016 to 2021, inclusive. Please provide the following details for each complaint in an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format: Date (year, month, day) and time of the complaint, allegation (for example, use of excessive force, biased policing, racial profiling, etc.), and status (sustained or not).

Thanks. I'd also like some clarification on a few points: What falls under the "Other" category under "Type of force"? Is use of a firearm not recorded? And in the section detailing "Citizen condition" what falls under the "Other" category? Are deaths recorded after use of force? Mahalo, Jack Truesdale

Aloha, Types of force "Other" is anything that's not listed. (example: carried away, etc.) Firearm is weapon displayed if a firearm was pointed. Deadly force is if the firearm was used to incapacitate someone. Citizen condition is other injuries suffered. (example: abrasions, etc.) Mahalo!
