I hereby request in electronic format the two most recent contracts for BPro (they are now known as KnowInk) for "the design, maintenance, and implementation of Online Voter Registration System and Statewide Voter Registration System". For your reference, a description of the contract can be found on page 60 of 79 of the linked document titled, "HOUSE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE BUDGET REQUESTS FOR FISCAL BIENNIUM 2021‐23 TESTIMONY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND GENERAL SERVICES (DAGS) JANUARY 5, 2021". https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/Commit... If DAGS is not in possession of copies of these contracts please direct me to the appropriate agency to submit this request.
