If the data is maintained in a single file or database covering multiple fiscal years, a single consolidated file is acceptable.
If any personally identifiable information must be redacted, please do so while still providing all remaining fields.

Preferred format: Machine-readable (Excel or CSV)
If there are any search, review, or reproduction fees, please provide an itemized cost estimate prior to processing.
If any portion of the records is withheld, please identify the specific statutory basis for withholding and release all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions.

The purpose of this request is to understand program adoption and participation trends since FY2021. This understanding is intended to help improve outreach and participation, and to support advocacy efforts to secure additional funding for the Compost Reimbursement Program.
