Kamehameha Avenue. The Wastewater Division has an 8" sewer line that traverses the property within a recorded easement (attached). An old line was abandoned at the time the new line was constructed (see attached as-built plan excerpt.) The property has a service manhole prior to connection to the county sewer line (final inspection attached) We are unaware of any on site tanks, violations, hazardous materials or other environmental issues.
