The research and review of the request for the above referenced property is complete.
After a thorough search of our historical records archives and database, we were able to located 3 Certificates of Occupancy. The cost to obtain copies is $16.50. Please refer to attached Notice to Requester.
Please send a check in the amount of $16.50 payable to the City & County of Honolulu to the address below to my attention. Upon receipt of the check, we will email the documents to you.
