To Hawaii County Office of the County Clerk

Dear Sir or Madam, The Counties are required to keep chain of custody documentation of the ballot collections from the drop boxes and USPS. These counts need to be reconciled daily to show the number of ballots collected. I am requesting the daily log showing how many ballots the County Collected each day ballots were collected through election day. This number can be audited by checking all the chain of custody forms from each drop box. Section 3-177-453 - Accountability and security of ballots (a) The chief election officer or designated representative shall maintain a complete count of marksense ballots. All ballots shall be safeguarded to prevent mishandling or misuse. (b) The clerk shall maintain a complete and current count of all marksense ballots issued, spoiled, and received in their county. The accounting of marksense ballots by the clerk shall be recorded on forms prescribed by the chief election officer. ... Sincerely yours << Name removed >> << Name removed >>
