Haven’t Received Your Ballot
Visit: Online Voter Registration System<https://olvr.hawaii.gov/>
If you are registered to vote, and have not yet received your mail ballot, first confirm that your voter registration is up to date. Conveniently check using the Online Voter Registration System. If you have confirmed your registration is current, contact your County Elections Division immediately for further assistance.

If your voter registration is not current, we encourage you to vote in person at a Voter Service Center for the Primary Election. At the Voter Service Center, you can update your residence and/or mailing address and cast your ballot for the Primary Election. By updating your registration, you will begin to receive a mail ballot to your new address for the General Election and all future elections. See below for the link to view Voter Service Center locations.

Voter Registration and In-Person Voting

If you are not yet registered to vote, you can register and vote at a Voter Service Center. You must be a U.S. citizen, Hawaii resident, and at least 18 years of age to qualify. Additionally, locations offer accessible voting options. Visit the link to find a location nearest you.
Voting Closes at 7:00 PM on Election Day

Your voted ballot must be received by your County Elections Division by 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 10. Do not return your ballot to a USPS postal box on Election Day. Ballots that are postmarked but not received by the deadline cannot be counted.
If you still have your voted ballot near the deadline, return your ballot to a Ballot Drop Box within your county. Visit the link to find a location nearest you.
