Pursuant to the public records law, I would like to request the following records in electronic format sent to my email address.
1. 911 call data for the last six months that includes (1) date and time of call; (2) location of emergency; and (3) category of emergency reported
2. Documents sufficient to identify the computer program used to keep track of 911 calls
3. Documents sufficient to explain codes, if any, used in the computer program that tracks 911 calls
For location information, I don’t need a specific street address. More generalized street-block address would work if available or other information that is readily available without redaction is acceptable.
