Please provide the following records for 550 N King St, Honolulu, HI 96817 Fire Information Request - All records for this need to span from 2023-2026 I am requesting the most recent fire inspection report, any open fire code violations, fire department response for HAZMAT spills, and any permits for above/underground storage tanks. Please also send any current or recent (within the past year) permits issued for thermal/explosive hazards located within a one (1) mile radius of the subject property or confirm they do not exist, (If there aren’t any UST/AST or technology does not allow this portion of request can be disregarded). Can you confirm if the jurisdiction has adopted the 2017 edition (or newer) of the NFPA 58 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code? Aloha, Please see the attached inspection report for the requested address/TMK. No tank records for the requested address/TMK. 550 N King St points to Building 15 of Mayor Wright Housing complex in CODES. Thermal/explosive hazard permits within a 1-mile radius: our records are organized by individual parcel (TMK), not by geographic radius, so we can’t fulfill this portion. The requester’s own request says this part can be disregarded if it can’t be supported. NFPA 58 adoption: Honolulu has adopted the 2021 edition of NFPA 1 (Fire Code), with State and County amendments. The 2021 edition of NFPA 1 references the 2020 edition of NFPA 58 (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code), which is newer than the 2017 edition referenced in the request.
