Copies of any permits/documents for Above/Underground Storage Tanks or confirmation of no records or no AST/UST on the property. Please also confirm this in email or document: Are there any current or recent (within the past year) permits issued for thermal/explosive hazards (above ground storage tanks>100 gallons) located within a one (1) mile radius of the subject property?
