Summary of Request: 1. Please provide an electronic copy of the batch detail reports from the ballot scanners used in the 2022 August Primary election. I am requesting the report for every batch of scanned ballots. If this report is known by another name within your office, please provide that record, including all fields which are included on the report. I'm attaching an example of the requested record. Instructions for retrieving the reports may be found in your Hart Verity manuals. 2. Please provide the Batch Summary Report in electronic copy format from the Hart Verity Tabulation system for the August 2022 Primary election. This report should include the time and date of each batch of ballots, the number of ballots in the batch, the batch id number, and the workstation it was scanned on. If this report is known by another name within your office, please provide that record, including all fields which are included on the report. I'm attaching an example of the requested record. This should be available in the report chevron. Please refer to the manual if you are not sure how to view and share the report.
