January 13, 2006 BLNR Meeting L-1 Submittal At least 6 days before the Jan. 13, 2006 meeting, the attached BLNR meeting agenda would have been filed with the Lieutenant Governor’s office, posted on the public bulletin board on the wall outside of the BLNR Board Room, and mailed to persons who had requested notification of meetings. Copies of the attached Item L-1 submittal would have been available to the public at the DLNR Chairperson’s office. This was the practice at that time.
