(If Yes, please provide details below or by attachment) -There are no unresolved Notice of Violations or Notice to Comply against the property. 2. How frequently is the property inspected by the fire department? - During construction activity - To investigate a citizen complaint - Annually - Never - Other (describe) -Per the HRS 132-6: Inspections shall be made at least once every five years, or as often as deemed practicable or necessary by the county fire chief at all other buildings and premises to provide prevention and pre-fire planning within the jurisdiction of the county fire chief. -Honolulu Fire Department code enforcement will also look into referrals/complaints of properties. 3. Date of last inspection (if applicable): - Last inspection (which was a reinspection) was done on March 6, 2024. I attached the last fire inspection report. 4. Are there any records related to the following for the property? (If Yes, please provide details below or by attachment) - Current or historical use of hazardous materials/waste - Storage or Releases of hazardous materials/waste - Current of historical underground/aboveground storage tanks - Current or historical clarifiers -No other records related to the property was found.
